The slaughtering process is done with a knife manually in accordance with Islamic law. The chicken is also automatically classified according to weight and then packed. It is subjected to freezing in Blast Freezing and finally it is done Storage from (- 20 / - 30) degrees Celsius. The slaughterhouse is subject to the supervision of the Egyptian Food and Drug Authority and the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture. The slaughterhouse has quality management and a computer system to control critical points in all its operations from receiving live chickens to distributing the product in the markets. The company aims to compete within the markets.
