The factory comes within the plan of Al Jazeera Company to implement feed requirements for poultry and fish. The factory is distinguished from its counterparts from traditional factories with modern technologies that save on marketing life and increase the ability to convert poultry feed into meat in smaller quantities than other factories, as every 1.4 kg of feed can produce a kilogram of white meat. The factory is designed according to the latest global systems in feed production, with a total capacity of up to 240 tons per day. The factory was established, its equipment installed and operated by the company's projects team, which is qualified at the highest scientific and practical level. He explained that the latest production technologies in the world were used, explaining that the project's production capacity reaches 150 tons of poultry feed per day, and 90 tons of animal feed per day. The project consists of 4 warehouses for storing corn with a capacity of 9,000 tons, in addition to 6 other storage units for storing soybean meal with a capacity of 5,000 tons. He explained that this factory is distinguished from its counterparts from feed factories by producing granulated feed and operating fish feed, which provides high-quality feed that helps Breeders to obtain the highest productivity rates at a lower cost due to the absence of losses, high levels of digestibility, and high energy and nutritional content of these feeds.
