All parties are involved in negotiating, performing or managing the acquisition of any supplies, materials, equipment, goods, property, publications and certain leases and services, including professional services, required by East Coast Group. To act in good faith, any person employed by East Coast Group must have East Coast To perform these actions with the highest degree of confidence and adherence to the East Coast Group Procurement Code of Ethics.

– No Member must accept purchases of any gifts from the Supplier.
– The Procurement Member must not have a personal financial relationship with the supplier or supplier employee.
– No procurement member must sign up to be a stockholder of the supplier.
– No Procurement Member must engage in recreational activities with the Supplier.
– No Procurement Member should leak information to the supplier of their choice or any of that kind.
– The procurement team must provide transparency in the transaction and rationality in the purchasing decision.
– The procurement team should use the same data provided by the supplier in the tender/request for proposal while selecting the supplier.

No Procurement Member or any employee of the Group of Companies should engage in selling with any Supplier.
